In Spinny Dungeon, you enter a procedurally generated dungeon filled with monsters and tough bosses. The core mechanic is a slot machine, but instead of traditional symbols, the reels are loaded with gear, spells, and weird junk. You spin to obtain resources, manage your health, hunger, and mana, and turn RNG into your deadliest weapon. Each run is unique as the reel contents change based on your choices and luck. The game combines roguelike permadeath with deckbuilding progression, encouraging you to refine your strategy with each attempt. Dungeon layout, enemy types, and loot drops are randomized, ensuring high replayability. As you delve deeper, you'll face increasingly powerful bosses that require careful combination of reel items to defeat.

Players spin the slot machine reels by clicking or pressing a key. When the reels stop, the combination determines which items (gear, spells, food, etc.) are awarded. These items can be used immediately or stored for later. Combat may be turn-based or real-time, requiring management of health, hunger, and mana. Hunger decreases over time and must be replenished with food; mana is used for powerful spells; health determines survival.
