The game follows standard four-player rules: players team up with an AI partner against another AI pair. Before each round, players bid (0-13 tricks) based on their hand. Play proceeds clockwise; players must follow suit if possible, otherwise they can trump or discard. The highest card of the leading suit wins the trick, unless trumped. The goal is to win at least as many tricks as bid; overtricks earn bonus points, while undertricks result in penalties. The game continues until a team reaches a target score (usually 500). The blind nil feature allows bidding without seeing cards, with double reward if successful.
